  : Television didn’t work. Front desk said they would come and look at it. They never did. When we checked out we mentioned to front desk clerk and we’re told that they were too busy and rooms needed renovations. One person was running three hotels.

  : The lake property was littered. The outside was in need of paint or new siding. The walkway outside the room had chipped stain. No wifi connection no matter what we tried.

  : There was no breakfast
  : Picture of room didn't reflect actual room. Picture showed a sliding glass door with screen. So we had hoped to sleep with door open and listen to waves. Actual room had a single door, no screen and window was not meant to open. Also patio overlooking lake was dirty and not someplace ypuud want to sit.

  : Had a good view of the Mackinac Bridge.
  : Needs some serious updating. Carpeting was old and dingy. Queen bed was not sturdy and sunk down. Screen door was completed ripped along the bottom. Balcony was completely covered in spiders and bugs. Balcony furniture looked like it had mold all over it. Grassy area by the beach had so much dog poop scattered around you could barely walk through it.
